Dog may be man’s best friend, but breeds differ and experience tells us they’re not all equally his pal. Who’s the best? Who’s the worst? To start answering this question, I’ve opened up the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s (DOHMH) dog licensing and dog bite datasets.
